Here is a thing you might not know yet.
There are tons of people out there who already get paid for doing what they love.
I personally believe, that this is not a privilege that only a few of us should enjoy. In fact, I believe, that it's possible for all of us. I would even go further and say, that you can make a
living from just being yourself.
Of course, you need to take some action if you want to switch from being stuck in a job that is boring, tiring or simply uninspiring to creating a work environment that motivates you and makes
you jump out of bed in the morning.
Today, I want to give you a step-by-step guide how to start making money doing what you love. I talk about this more in detail in my Reset-Your-Life Coaching, but here is a summary of what is
needed in order to switch over to a more joyful lifestyle.
Acknowledge how you feel and stop pretending everything is alright. If you're upset with your status quo, it's okay!!! You are allowed to not be happy with your situation.
You don't have to toughen up. Actually, it's brave to look at your situation and see it as it is. This is how you open yourself up for a change. To acknowledge your frustration takes a lot of
courage. Be brave and admit that you're not happy.
Embrace the fact that there is a way out of the situation. Most people can see that they are stuck, but they don't believe that there is a solution. They get depressed
because they think they have to accept their destiny and "work hard" till they can retire. This is not true. You don't have to work hard. You can have fun and make money at the same time.
Open your mind and become more aware of how other people live their lives. Look around you and see how many people already live their dreams. The cookbook in your kitchen
f.i. - somebody wrote that and you purchased it. Your favorite dress - somebody designed that. etc. There are people who love what they're doing and you are paying them. You can be one of
Get to know yourself better. (This is the most important part of the process.) Ask yourself: Who am I? What do I really want to bring into this world? Is it knowledge?
Fun? Beauty? Healing? Ease? Magic? What are your fears? Your personal obstacles? Your limiting beliefs that are holding you back? Your strengths? Your natural talents? Your unique
experiences? What do you love? What are you frustrated about? Only if you know yourself do you know your direction in life and you have the strength to move forward.
Make an action-plan. Once you know who you are and what you really want you can make a step-by-step action plan that tells you how to reach your creative goals. What needs to
be done - in the next year, the next three months, the next month, the next week, today? What are your daily tasks that you can commit to that will bring you closer to your dream? Example: If
you want to become a painter, commit to at least 20 min. of painting every day.
Take yourself and your ideas seriously. I believe that ideas are not "ours". They come from a higher source and they simply come to us because they want to be manifested.
Your ideas choose YOU, because they know that you can do the job.
Give yourself more time. In order to make money doing what you love, you need to start doing the things you love on a regular basis. That means you need to free up some time
in your day to work on your "art".
Don't keep yourself and your "art" a secret. It's your responsibilty to tell/show people what you're doing. Example: If you want to be a dance teacher you have to start
dancing in front of others. Otherwise, how will your future students know about you?
Take risks. Once you have a little income from your passion, free up even more time for fun activities or for working on your projects.
Build up a connection to your inner guidance. The more you listen to your inner voice, the more ideas you will get and the better decisions you will make. Listening to your
inner guidance always leads to more joy, creativity, fulfillment and peace.
How much would the quality of my life improve if I would work in a job I love?
What would happen to my wellbeing if I made money with something that feels meaningful to me?
Something that makes me feel so excited, that my boss would have to tell me to stop working, because it's time to go home.
I know, it sounds too good to be true, but I know this is possible. I hope this guide will help you to change your perspective about what's possible and show you how you can recreate your
