Paula's 22 commandments to feel incredibly amazing

 

What if I told you that there is an answer to every question you can possibly ask?

 

No matter what question you have, you just need to ask yourself and then wait for the answer to come.

 

It's magic, the force, intuition, whatever.... it works.

 

You don't believe me?

 

Well, I didn't believe it either till I tried it out a few days ago.

 

So I sat down, I was pretty relaxed and I was tuning into my, you know, soul or breath or whatever you wanna call it. And then I said to myself:

 

"Listen, I know that I am not always the most content person. I'm probably not feeling as good as I possibly could. Can you give me some tips to feel more content, healthy and relaxed? In two words: incredibly amazing?

 

And then I waited, maybe for 2 minutes.

 

And after these two minutes, I took my pen and wrote down little notes. I call them my own commandments, just fitted for me :-)

 

Here we go!

 

PAULA'S 22 COMMANDMENTS TO FEEL MORE CONTENT, HEALTHY AND RELAXED:

 

  1. Only eat when you're hungry.
  2. Buy healthy snacks.
  3. Get as much fresh air and walks as possible.
  4. PEACE is more important then being right, because being right leads to PAIN. I DON'T WANT TO SUFFER anymore.
  5. Everything is how it's supposed to be. Let it be.
  6. Here & Now. This is where life is. This is where the Light is. Stay here!
  7. No hurry. Everything will be accomplished. There is no need for stress.
  8. FORGIVE!
  9. Stay you. Don't bend yourself to look more funny, happy, interesting, clever or spiritual.
  10. Breath.
  11. Simplify everything.
  12. If it's not done, it's not done. Don't worry! It will be.
  13. If you don't get what you want, use this circumstance. Stay flexible with the mind!
  14. Change is good.
  15. Choose your thoughts. They are not secret.
  16. Short resources mean more creativity is needed.
  17. See what you have, see what you have, see what you have.
  18. Get up early.
  19. Fear is overrated. Just do it.
  20. Be kind. Anger can be expressed friendly.
  21. Don't resist. It makes it worse.
  22. Don't try to control every moment!

 

Bam! This was the answer I gave to myself. Pretty crazy, eh?

 

I really want you to try this out, because your result may look very different from mine! 

 

You can basically ask any question which is on your mind and has been bothering you for a while. Maybe it's something about your health, maybe something about your job situation or your relationship. It doesn't matter.

 

Just take a moment for yourself. Sit down at a quite place, relax and then ask yourself in a gentle way:

 

  • How can I be more content with my ....?
  • How can I feel more healthy?
  • etc.

 

Dare to be your own oracle!
